All the metal frame surrounding the whole house 360 is covered by fireproof materials, exteriorly-by cement boards and interiorly-by fire gypsum, to take the level of protection for certificates Fire resistance-rating 30.

1st step- before the fire resistance protection we enclose in frame 2 layers of rock wool 60mm each. 2nd step-after the fire resistance process we enclose with water-resistance Polyurea to protect the body from waters. 3rd step-Before we install the facade with aluminium panels we make thermal facade with 80mm foam board eco to take the level for Energy rating-A certificates.

The external aluminium alloy material has great corrosion resistance. The material has been specially treated, making the aluminium panel a resistant cover, with good airtightness.

The double glazing glass used in aluminium doors and the sound insulation materials used in the walls provide a quiet indoor living environment for residents.

For waterproof protection we use 2 levels of protection-1st level is that we use Polyurea spray to cover the whole house before we install the final facade of aluminium panels.

2^nd level is after installing the final facade of aluminium panels, we enclose the gaps between each panel with a special silicone suitable for external conditions.

We pay attention to insulation- we enclose two layers of rockwool around the whole house perimetrically and we enclose with an extra 80mm foam board eco or rockwool to achieve the standards needed for the house to be Energy Rating –A efficient.

In the case of electrical installation, we use all rules applied for quality and safety, with European standards and in compliance with EAC standards, so that it can be electrified by the electricity authority.

We follow strict standards also in the plumbing installation, to avoid any damage in the future.

All KRATONE modular homes come with a 2-year warranty on mechanical, electrical and plumbing system defects, as well as any moisture or water leaks. The 2-year warranty applies also to the entire modular house and covers any defects in workmanship and materials, except those clearly caused by misuse or accidental damage. Each Air-Conditioning system comes with a factory warranty, depending on the brand chosen.
