DESCRIPTION

Infinity 65 has an efficient and flexible layout that consists of 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and an open-concept kitchen and living room space.  It can accommodate up to 4 people or it can become office spaces. The Infinity 65 has a unique exterior design with a friendly choice of colour that easily blends with nature and an interior space that exudes a luxurious atmosphere.

Its compact two-bedroom design is ideal especially for the hospitality industry or for other investment uses including Airbnb businesses, thus it creates numerous opportunities for investment and business growth.             Alternatively, Infinity-65 can be transformed into Office spaces or into residential one-bedroom homes with an office space.

Separate modules are prepared in our factory and are transferred and assembled on-site and this allows for a mobile prefabricated house that can be placed in any environment.

The outdoor area can be further customized with features such as extra patios, pergolas, or parking spaces, all designed to complement the style of our Infinity modules. Additionally, the exterior facade can be tailored to your preferences, with a selection of materials and finishes to choose from.

The modular Infinity-65 combines an innovative design with efficiency and sustainability, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality along with its many possible types of uses.

To customize your space, we also created two distinct interior finish versions- the SIGNATURE and the CLASSIC.

SIGNATURE finish elevates our modern standard design with premium lacquered MDF wall hanging panelling and MDF finishes for doors and wardrobes/cabinets for a sleek, high-end look.

CLASSIC finish is a timeless version with simpler lines in the interior finishes, to create a cozy and homey atmosphere, including for example gypsum board wall finishes and melamine finishes for wardrobes and doors.

The high-strength columns, beams, walls and other load-bearing constructions resist the impact of wind pressure and vibration making it secure in any environment-it can withstand wind pressure even up to level 9.

All the metal frame surrounding the whole house 360 is covered by fireproof materials, exteriorly-by cement boards and interiorly-by fire gypsum, to take the level of protection for Certificates Fire-resistance rating.

1st step- before the fire resistance protection we enclose in frame 2 layers of rock wool 60mm each. 2nd step-after the fire resistance process we enclose with water-resistance Polyurea to protect the body from waters. 3rd step-Before we install the facade with aluminium panels we make thermal facade with 80mm foam board eco to take the level for Energy rating-A certificates.

The external aluminium alloy material has great corrosion resistance. The material has been specially treated, making the aluminium panel a resistant cover, with good airtightness.

The double glazing glass used in aluminium doors and the sound insulation materials used in the walls provide a quiet indoor living environment for residents.

The integrated smart system allows the control of the whole space in an easy and efficient way. Smart control of the Lighting, the entryway, the security, the bedroom, bathroom and of the electric curtains is easily permitted, even remotely through the APP.

We manufacture with strict standards to ensure the stability and durability of the main metal frame and additionally we follow the fireproof rules and processes to protect the main frame in case of fire, while simultaneously ensuring its durability since it’s enclosed and does not come into contact with external weather conditions.

For waterproof protection we use 2 levels of protection-1st level is that we use Polyurea spray to cover the whole house before we install the final facade of aluminium panels.

2nd level is after installing the final facade of aluminium panels, we enclose the gaps between each panel with a special silicone suitable for external conditions.

We pay attention to insulation- we enclose two layers of rockwool around the whole house perimetrically and we enclose with an extra 80mm foam board eco or rockwool to achieve the standards needed for the house to be Energy Rating –A efficient.

In the case of electrical installation, we use all rules applied for quality and safety, with European standards and in compliance with EAC standards, so that it can be electrified by the electricity authority.

We follow strict standards also in the plumbing installation, to avoid any damage in the future.

All KRATONE modular homes come with a 2-year warranty on mechanical, electrical and plumbing system defects, as well as any moisture or water leaks. The 2-year warranty applies also to the entire modular house and covers any defects in workmanship and materials, except those clearly caused by misuse or accidental damage. Each Air-Conditioning system comes with a factory warranty, depending on the brand chosen.
